U.S. Manufacturing Activity Reaches 18-Month High
Despite a resurgence in global Covid-19 cases, U.S. manufacturing activity continued to expand in July to its highest level in nearly 18 months. According to the Institute for Supply Management’s national factory index, activity increased to a reading of 54.2 in the last month from 52.6 in June, marking two consecutive months of growth.

BMW, who produces 10,000 cars every day, has turned to NVIDIA to implement AI into its production processes. Xilinx FPGAs replace ASICs in Subaru Eyesight Advanced Driver-Assistance System EyeSight
Xilinx announced that its FPGA technology is powering the next generation of Subaru’s Eyesight stereo vision-based Advanced Driver-Assistance System (ADAS) in the carmaker’s latest vehicle released today, the Subaru Levorg.
